Service Description

We have stock of most family planning injections and tablets. Phone pharmacy first to check stock availability to avoid disappointment. Please note in certain indications family planning can be denied, due to illnesses or drug interactions. The pharmacy is under no obligation to continue family planning or initiate family planning if it is found to be unsafe for the patient. If patient is late for their follow-up date we might charge a first time consultation. Please also bring your clinic card, if it is not present then 1st time visit will be charged again. Please note if nurse/prescribing pharmacist finds the patient to have any other contraindications or drug interactions the family planning consult will automatically change into a normal consultation where we will either prescribe medication or refer. Unfortunately no refunds on family planning consults.

Cancellation Policy

Although we we will do our utmost best to help you at your allocated timeslot the possibility exist that you might have to wait for your consultation. Please alert the dispensary if you need to be seen to urgently. Unfortunately no refunds on consultation. We can accommodate rescheduling. Consultations, Vaccinations & any medication are done by either prescribing pharmacist or nurse in the clinic. Please note pharmacy have the right to deny admission or administration of vaccine, consults and medication due to illness, contraindications, allergies and drug interactions. No refunds on consultations or medication.
