Cancellation Policy

-Although we we will do our utmost best to help you at your allocated timeslot the possibility exist that you might have to wait for your consultation. -Please alert the dispensary if you need to be seen to urgently. -Unfortunately no refunds on consultation once times has been spend in clinic. We will assist in rescheduling or treating/consult should the patient be unfit for any reason to get his/her vaccination/injection or specified service. -Any cancellations will be charged a handling/cancellation a fee of 10% -Consultations, Vaccinations & any medication are done by either prescribing pharmacist or nurse in the clinic. Please note pharmacy have the right to deny admission or administration of vaccine, consults and medication due to illness, contraindications, allergies and drug interactions. No refunds on consultations or medication after time spend in the clinic or after being helped in dispensary. -Please note sick notes/visitation/referral notes are given upon discretion of prescriber. Sick note is not mandatory given after paying a consultation only if the prescriber deem it necessary for a patient. -Sick and visitation notes will be emailed to the workplace and to the patient. -We will contact you and inform you if there are any changes to the booking calendar or if nurse is sick or unavailable or if there is no stock available. Please also call to double check. -We will also try our utmost best to have enough stock in anticipation of booking, please also call to double check stock of injections/vaccinations. -If an emergency should arise in the clinic and we have to help with the code red patient please be patient we have to help a code red patient first.
